Metal Roofing Installation

This job was a complete tear off. The home owner was fixing it up and planning on retiring in it as soon as possible. He wanted something that would last, and something he didn't have to clean so much. We gave him the option on a metal roof, and after he learned how advanced metals roofs have came he did not hesitate to choose it. We tore off the 1 layer of comp. During our meeting with the home owner he mentioned he wanted all new plywood. We tore up all the plywood and installed new plywood throughout the entire roof. Two skylights were installed on the backside over the kitchen. This project was a long one, and came out looking great.

A major concern was major pine needles falling on the roof. The roof was an old 3-tab roof and had major plywood damage underneath. We replaced every piece of plywood throughout the house.

Skylight Installation

The homeowner wanted us to install two new UV Reflective skylight above the kitchen. Finding water damaged plywood in this area, we tore out all of the plywood in this section before installing the skylights.

New Metal Roof

Brown metal was installed to match the color of the house. Two gas furnace vents were installed also, and we spray painted the piping to match the metal. This metal roof will allow the needles to flow down, so the home owner does not have to clean the roof as much.

New Skylights

Two new skylights were framed in. These skylights will allow natural light to come into the kitchen. Skylights can be very easy to install, and bring beautiful daylight into your home.
