Dimensional Algae Resistant
This was a beautiful home in a wooded area. The old roof was a 3 Tab Dimensional. The house was surrounded by tall trees and the home owner wanted something that could stand mother nature. We tore off the roof and prepped every staple for a clean decking to apply 30lb felt paper. Lead pipe flashing's and new RVO metal vents were installed where needed. Vented ridge system installed with Mountain Ridge finish. Walls and chimneys re-flashed with metal flashing, color to match roofing material. At the homeowner's request, we also installed UV reflecting skylights.

The pipe is covered with a rubber boot flashing. The boot was starting to bend and become weathered. The skylight was getting old and starting to show some damage around the corners where it seals.
This roof was about to the end of its time. The roofing material was cracking and in need of much attention.

Mountain Ridge Finish installed to give this beautiful home a great finished look. New black metal valley installed for better water flow.
A new UV Reflective skylight was installed with black metal flashing around the framing of the skylight. We used lead pipe flashing to cover the exhaust pipe.
