50 Yr Dimensional
This was a newer home with a 3 tab installed. The old material was coming to its end and the homeowner wanted something that would last and look great. After discussing the job with us, he decided on a 50 Year Dimensional Roof with Mountain Ridge Finish. We installed a vented ridge system for proper ventilation. The homeowner wanted roof brackets installed so he could tie up when cleaning the gutters. After tear-off, we pulled every staple for a clean prepped decking.

The garage roof was very visible and the old roof just didn't complament the house. The old ridge was just 3-tab material cut, and gave the roof a dull look.
The old roof was coming to the end of its life expectancy. The old material was becoming weathered and the color of the old roof was fading.

In this picture you can see the diffence in the Mountain Ridge finish. It gives the home a whole new look. The 50 Year Dimensional is also a stand out product. Twice as thick as the 30 year dimensional, it is a great product to have on your home.
The homeowner wanted a great looking product, and something that will last. We installed a 50 Year Dimensional and capped it with a Mountain Ridge finish. Also installed was black metal valleys, in all places needed.
